Value Inventar #1

In the project Inventory #1, an artistic treatment of the presentation of artworks will be explored. Works from the Collection of the Glarner Kunstverein will be investigated experimentally with respect to their value and presented by value (Christoph Lang and Stephan Meylan). Starting with self-portraits of artists in their studios, of which the Collection of the Glarner Kunstverein contains several examples, the topic of self-reflexivity and of visionary work in the huis clos of the studio will be considered and presented in two rooms staged in different ways. The treatment of art collections is connected with a further-reaching and larger interregional project by value.
